Where's Brownie?
I am now back in Melbourne after spending a few days out in Werribee with some friends. It's been a good few days, we took a boat trip out round the bay and I got some good pictures of Melbourne from there, we went to Werribee open range zoo and yesterday we went fishing. The zoo was great, even though I was in charge of more kids than I have ever seen in my life! But they were all pretty good so it was good fun. We saw lions, giraffes and rhino amongst other things.
I think I was having more fun than the kids! We went fishing with Sarah's husband Shane who knew what he was doing. Despite trying all over the area, we only caught one little flathead, which was so small, we had to let it go.
I still haven't managed to find Brownie yet. I reckon he's around here somewhere. He's in the same hostel, but he must have gone out for the day because I can't find him. WHERE ARE YOU!? (let's be 'aving you!!!)

Here's Brownie!
Well Ive been in Australia since the 4th now, and done some great stuff. On the first day I wandered round Adelaide including visiting the Don Bradman museum, and wandering the botanical gardens, very pleasant. Did a bit of al fresco dining that night, then the next day had a really good day doing a tour of the Barossa Valley wineries near Adelaide. A really good bunch of people, a really interesting tour guide and boozing on wine all day in picturesque countryside made for a cool day. That night I fled by greyhound to Melbourne (10 hours) and first thing that morning did the Great Ocean Road tour. This stretch of around 300km on the south coast west of Melbourne is a famous coastal road, with some spectacular scenery. I did a helicopter ride over the 12 Apostles near the end of the trip which was awesome. Daves putting some pictures up soon.
That night I met Dave, and have wandered Melbourne and gone to the beach for the last two days. The weathers been corking, so the beach and the sunsets have been really nice.
Dave got in trouble for taking a photo in the Casino of the crazy poker players.
Hes now incarcerated in Melbourne Gaol.
Not really of course, hes next to me, jibbering on about something or other...!
Its the Neighbours tour today...my life has been a long jounrney leading to this very point...!
